Love all the ideas that you are giving me! I must agree with the martinis they were excellent and definitely will be reoccuring some time soon. I hear you about not wanting to cook a huge meal when you get home from work. I think I’ll have to check out Martha’s book next time I’m at Costco, thanks for the tip!!
